Order Submission
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please note that orders placed after hours will be processed the next working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Delivery Times
Our standard shipping times vary depending on the item and range from approximately 10-14 business days. Specific shipping times can be found in our product descriptions.
Shipping Costs
Free UK & EU shipping is available for all orders over £50.
All orders are dispatched using a recorded courier service, including Parcelforce, GLS, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, or your local postal services. Our items are shipped directly from our warehouses in Europe.
Please note that transit times are estimated and may not be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Packing & Handling
Due to the size of many of our items, your order may arrive in separate parcels. There is no need to worry if one of your items arrives before the others - they will be arriving soon.
Delivery Delays
If your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as custom hold-ups or delivery locations being inaccessible, we cannot be held responsible for these delays. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at info@childrenssoftplay.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.
